This listing is for end-of-bolts scraps of Lollipop Garden fabric by Lella Boutique for Moda Fabrics. Each bag contains scraps ranging in length (3" to 8" long) x 40" WOF. You could cut a Jelly Roll (40 strips 2.5" x WOF) from these, if desired.
